How to transfer sites from another hosting

After your hosting account has been created on our server. To transfer all the hosting accounts hosted under you at your current host, you will need to do the following:

1. Login into the cpanel of each account you want to transfer and generate the full backup using the ftp method to send the backup to your reseller hosting account root directory on our server.

For FTP transfer you should use

Generate a Full Backup in Cpanel

Backup Destination: Remote FTP Server
Email Address: Your Email Address
Remote Server: YourHostingResellerDomain.com
Remote User: YourHostingResellerCpanelUsername
Remote Password: Your Hositng Reseller cpanel password
Port: leave blank
Remote Dir: /

2. After all the backups of the sites you want to transfer have been generated and sent to your reseller account on our server. Login into your main cpanel account >> click on master reseller cp>> select restore cpanel accounts under settings>> from here you restore your sites from the backup files you transfered over to our server.
